These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from EuropeVans Limited through our website.

Products

We sell new and used commercial vehicle parts and accessories.

Please check the product description, photographs and compatibility information before ordering. If you are unsure whether a part fits your vehicle, contact us before purchasing with your vehicle registration or vehicle details.

Used parts may have signs of previous use, cosmetic marks or wear as shown or described in the listing.

Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP. Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if it has been damaged during delivery.

Returns

Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

If you ordered the wrong item, the item is unsuitable, or you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage.

If we supplied an incorrect item, or the product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. Where appropriate, EuropeVans will cover the reasonable return cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
